Four exceptional new semi-detached properties

LincDesign delivered four exceptional new semi-detached properties for a returning customer. We successfully prepared an exceptional circumstances planning case to allow the new dwellings to be constructed at the site of a former farmhouse. We worked in partnership with a local developer who completed the project to a very high standard the development incorporates a pair of three and four bedroom semi-detached dwellings close to the centre of Crowle.

Properties include features such as dining room, open plan with either living room or kitchen and panoramic doors leading to the garden. The first floor provides 3-4 generous bedrooms with a master en-suite and a main family bathroom.
