Customer had purchased their plot and the site had planning however, the design was not to the customer exacting standards, the client appointed LincDesign to prepare a new proposal and make a new application. Planning permission on the new proposal was secured and LincDesign progressed with the Technical Design + Building Regulations approval, followed by the construction management of the build project and coordination of all construction activities and specialists to ensure the construction plan was fulfilled, down to the last detail.
